At Wimborne Square, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the return process and refund conditions.

1. Return Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in its original, new condition.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• All original accessories, parts, and included items must be returned.

• The product must not show signs of damage caused by improper use or handling.

2. Return Timeframe

Once your return request has been approved, you must send the product back within 14 days.

Products returned after this period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Please contact us by email before sending any product back to receive return instructions.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@wimbornesquare.shop.

2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

3. Wait for our customer support team to provide return instructions.

4. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.

5. Send the product back within 14 days of receiving return approval.

Please do not send any products back without contacting us first.

4. Refund Policy – 10 Days

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect its condition and confirm whether it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days after the returned product has been received and approved.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wimbornesquare.shop.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item, where possible.

We will review your concern and work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for our voluntary return policy.

However, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding faulty, misdescribed, or otherwise legally returnable products.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Please contact our customer support team before arranging a return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and clarify any applicable return shipping costs.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, applicable legal requirements regarding return costs will apply.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@wimbornesquare.shop.

We will do our best to assist you if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Your statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
